Routine

• Präparation und Kryopräservierung von hämatopoetischen Stammzellen (periphere Blutstammzellen, Knochenmarkstammzellen, Nabelschnurblutstammzellen)
• gemischter Lymphozytenkultur (vor allogener SZT, Abklärung von zellulären Immundefekten)
• Lektinstimulation (Abklärung von zellulären Immundefekten)
• Minorhistokompatibilitätsantigen (mHA) - Typisierung
• Killer Immunglobulin-like Rezeptor (KIR) - Typisierung
• Messung antigenspezifischer T-Zellfrequenzen im peripheren Blut
• Zytokinenmessungen
